When I joined VGH in 2007, the annual EE Forums were too overwhelming with the amount of recruitment, change, and the lack of visual holistic representation. A shared brand identity was missing. I started this project in my spare time, outside of work as way to grasp a mental picture of the organization and how everything fit together.
At the time EE consisted of six departments, not solid in structure. The hexagon was the ideal geometric shape that offered a dynamic structure.
