One of our Analyst, Lori Benning, who teaches conflict resolution to managers, wanted an illustration of the stages of resolving conflict. The initial idea was to use it in her presentation workshop. But through a few short co-design processes we were able to do much more. By taking the ideas and information and giving it form, creating a stand alone illustration that managers could refer and even use as a tool in the process of resolving conflict.
