Their existing design, a flow chart indicated hierarchy and although it contained information of all the team members it lacked concept design, role description, and a mental picture form and function. It was also unclear why staff were divided into different boxed groups when holding the same job title.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concept Design<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the Co-design process it was discovered that\u00a0 rather than indicating people it would be more sustainable and informative to indicate roles and their geographic jurisdiction. Furthermore, the client indicated that the department falls essentially into two functions and this would need to be illustrated somehow in the model.
