Lean is mindset of continuous improvement. A system that empowers people at all levels to removes waste and maximize what is of value to patient.
The VCH Lean Transformation Team wanted a one page info model that would capture and communicate Lean thinking. Due to the large amount of information the info model was designed on a Tabloid size paper. The first design was abstract. But the Lean team leaned towards a more familiar structure of the Pyramid.<\/p>\n
